The Belmont Plaza Olympic Pool in
Long Beach is the only indoor complex in Southern California with a full
complement of springboards and platforms. The diving well is 25
yards by 2 meters with a depth of 17’ under the boards. It is equipped
with:
Two 1 Meter Maxiflex Springboards mounted on Concrete
Standards
Two 3 Meter Maxiflex Springboards mounted on Concrete
Standards
One set of 4 1/2, 6 1/2 and 10 Meter Platforms (with Rough-Tex surfaces)
Spotting rig over the water. Bubbler system on
all "stations" including: 1M, 3M, 4.5M, 6.5M and 10M.
Trampoline, Dry- springboard with
Spotting Rig and wallbars.
Martin Luther King Jr. Pool
The Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Park
 Swimming Pool is
an indoor, year-round facility featuring a
six-lane, 25-yard pool with one 1 Meter and one 3 Meter Maxiflex Springboards
and TWO 7 X 14 trampolines and TWO dry boards with port-a-pits. We are located one block north of Pacific Coast Highway between
Lemon and Orange Ave. (On the West Side of Orange, across the street from
the Pacific Coast Campus parking lot of Long Beach City College.
